    The first 4 days of this program can be found online. Those are just rough examples. I purchased this program and how it works is you get to choose 15-30 foods out of a list of about 60. They are mostly high in protein and low in carbs.
    Then they create a 4 part meal plan for the 11 days of your diet. They use only the foods you chose which makes it easy for shopping. Each meal has 2-4 parts to it and you may eat until just before you are full.
    This was my day 1 meal Meal #1:
    For Meal #1 you may eat any combination of the below foods that you wish (you may eat all or just 1 of the below foods, it’s up to you).
    *There are NO LIMITS ON PORTIONS (you get to choose how much to eat —- but please remember that you must eat portions small enough so that you never feel “full”, that’s the only rule).
    • Cottage Cheese
    • Turkey Slices
    • Fresh Apples
    Meal #2:
    For Meal #2 you may eat any combination of the below foods that you wish (you may eat all or just 1 of the below foods, it’s up to you).
    *There are NO LIMITS ON PORTIONS (you get to choose how much to eat —- but please remember that you must eat portions small enough so that you never feel “full”, that’s the only rule).
    • Walnuts
    • Ham Slices

    • Hard Boiled Eggs
    • Roast Beef Slices
    Meal #4:
    For Meal #4 you may eat any combination of the below foods that you wish (you may eat all or just 1 of the below foods, it’s up to you).
    *There are NO LIMITS ON PORTIONS (you get to choose how much to eat —- but please remember that you must eat portions small enough so that you never feel “full”, that’s the only rule).
    • Scrambled Eggs
    • Peanuts
    • Banana Milk Shake
    Coupled with plenty of water and regular exercise, you will loose 5-10 lbs on each 11 day cycle.
    The up side is after the 11 days you may eat whatever you wish for 3 whole days as long as you eat 4 meals and never get to the point where you are full.
    This 3 day break tricks your body into thinking you eat like that all the time so it keeps burning fat quickly.
    Its a good idea not to weigh yourself during the 11 days but to keep track of your sucess by weighing in just before and just after the diet.
    Today is day 2 for me and i would love to contribute to a blog of others who are starting the diet.

    There is a lot of bad information out there. It has made America the fattest society ever. But it makes food companies and diet companies rich. Learn why black coffee, lean meat and non-fat yogurt are so fattening. Eat good fats and carbs to get thin. Bad fats and carbs make you fat. Lots of protein destroys your cardiovascular system. Nourish your body thin, instead of starving it fat.
    Never cut carbs, fats and calories. Eat foods made by nature, not man-made foods designed to make you fat and addicted to food. Which has more calories: a plain potato or one with a healthy fat like olive oil (extra virgin and cold pressed)? The latter. Which is more fattening? The former. How can this be?     Maybe it was your puppy telling you that she loves you just how you are and doesn’t want you to lose weight and that you don’t need too :)
    As for weight loss, if you can’t find the answer you need, then just see what you did on the first days, eat healthily on the remaining days (food you KNOW is good for you)
    Don’t stress about it sweetie. I hope you find your proper answer :)
