If you cut down on your portion size for meals and don’t snack in between. Then get into a workout routine, guess what ? You will lose weight. You will feel better too because of the exercise. But it doesn’t work unless you stick to it. Be consistent and results will follow!
You know what works? Everything out there. All diet plans work.They only fail when people dont stick to them..which is 90% of the time
