I like this diet so far I lost 7 pounds in the first week. The bad news is, its gets boring. But it does work. I been eating a lot of eggs. You can lose weight choosing your favorite foods. Plus drinking water. Good news is, it’s a lifetime membership. Exercise and get toned. Eat 4 times a day and I don’t have to starve myself.
This is just a example of my 2 day meal plan. 4 meals any order, this is my own food choosing. 1. Ham, eggs. 2. milk, chicken 3. pears, 4. tuna. Second day fruit or veggies. This is just some of the foods I eat. You have to choose what foods you like. The way it works is called calorie shifting. 2000 one day 1200 the next so on so forth. And it helps if you exercise too. It does not have to be cardio, it could be walking or doing something fun. 11 days of following the plan and 3 days off.
Is there anyway you could possibly let people look at it for free or get it to people for free? Because I would really appreciate that.
